Caroline has a
degree in French Language Technology from UMIST, covering applied linguistics
and the French language. She is a Member of the Institute of Trade Mark
Attorneys and has experience of advising clients of all sizes on both domestic
and international trade mark matters.
She is currently involved in the management of two extensive worldwide trade
mark portfolios, and has gained experience of obtaining and enforcing trade
mark rights in a variety of jurisdictions. She regularly deals with the UK,
European Community, International and foreign trade mark systems, and also
advises on domain names, design rights, copyright and passing off issues. She
is fluent in French and has some knowledge of Japanese and German.
Caroline became a Partner of the firm in 2009 and works in the Bath and Cardiff
offices.
