Danielle has an LL.B. in Law from Glamorgan University and an LL.M. in Commercial Law, which incorporated a strong element of Intellectual Property Law, from the same University.
Before joining Abel & Imray, Danielle worked as a Trade Mark Examiner at the UK Intellectual Property Office, where she gained valuable experience evaluating the acceptability of trade mark applications and also gained extensive knowledge of trade mark searching and use of the International Classification system. Danielle's work covers all aspects of trade marks, including clearance searches, advising on filing strategies, filing and prosecuting applications and contentious matters. She regularly deals with the UK, European Community, International and foreign trade mark systems.
